AROMA

As expected from our Pinot Grigio, there’s plenty of fresh, just-ripe pear, layered with heady jasmine, a touch of ginger, and a hint of sumac, giving us gorgeous, exotic, and fragrant characters.

PALATE

This is spot on Pinot Grigio, with the palate matching its aromatics of delicious apple and pear fruit flavours, followed by ginger and spice. A luscious apple and pear crumble. Richly textured with balanced fruit sweetness and refreshing acidity drive the palate with a nice bit of crunch and a pleasant dry finish.

Enjoy it with a friend or two, this Pinot Grigio is best enjoyed as a young wine, serve lightly chilled. We enjoyed it with a slap-up lunch of Chicken Caesar, white anchovies and parmesan garlic croutons.
