Made using the traditional method, 53% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier and spends 63 months (just over 5 years) in the bottle before release. The extra Pinot Noir gives a beautiful floral lift to the wine, while the familiar granny smith apple tartness is still present. A soft brioche finish means this Swift Cuvée pairs perfectly with oysters and is best served straight from the fridge.
