Engineered for maximal hop compound concentration, using excessive late hopping, high dry-hop loads and concentrated hop products to amplify aroma and flavour intensity. Characterised by restrained bitterness and dense colloidal mouthfeel, the style prioritises terpene, thiol and ester saturation over drinkability or balance.
This is an Oat Cream IPA with a whirlpool addition of Sabro and Centennial before finishing with multiple dry hop doses of Dolcitta, Motueka Amplifire, Simcoe and Motueka creating a flavour profile exploding with mango, lime, peach and big creamy tropical fruit. 6.9% ABV
