Full bodied and supple, with abundant ripe tannins framing the ripe black fruit characters. Cassis and boysenberry with a bramble bush backdrop, succulent, deft and a touch savoury. You will appreciate the completeness of this wine. All at once the primary detectible fruit character leaves room for secondary textural notes. Maybe ballet does a similar thing for people but, if you don't have the time or inclination the Jester will easily do.
