A brand-new Riesling style in fact – Riesling Rosé. This adds to the well-known Riesling range which Ken has been producing for 48 years. He believes they could be the first in Australia to produce a Rosé style wine from the Riesling grape with about 5 % Cabernet sauvignon to give it colour and texture.
