Made from a blend of premium Langhorne Creek vineyards, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a ripe and juicy example of this classic varietal.
The wine has a bright, garnet colour with complex fruity aromas of black current, raspberry and tobacco with hints of sage, thyme and capsicum.
The palate is medium bodied, with ripe tannins filling the mouth. Complex characters of cedarwood, mulberries, leather and oak linger on the palate.
Great with barbequed meats, roast duck, salami and other cured meats, aged cheddar or Gouda, full-flavoured tomato-based pasta dishes such as Bolognese.
