Hand picked chardonnay from the banks of the Hunter River just outside of Branxton. Free run juice is pressed straight to barrel with indigenous yeast for a natural ferment in 1, 2, 3 year old and new French Oak. A delicious wine with a great mouth feel, a classic Hunter Chardonnay displaying tropical fruits with ripe peach, melon, cashews and toasted almond with a creamy pallet.
