Distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2022. The first release sold out rapidly, with the second, third and fourth release a step above! Batch 2 was awarded gold at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Batch 6 was awarded gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and 2022 London Spirits Competition. Batch 7 was awarded double gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Rich raisins and preserved fruits are married with butterscotch, smooth charred oak and vanilla in this Australian Single Malt whisky. The whisky in this release was distilled and barreled in the coastal town of Wollongong in 2017. It has been finished in oak casks that were seasoned with 15 year old Seppeltsfield Rare Muscat – an exclusive Australian fortified wine made from grapes in the Muscat Rouge à Petits Grains variety grown in the heartland of the Victorian wine region at Rutherglen.
