This Chardonnay from the hilltop's region has been made to showcase a complex and well rounded wine. 30% added in old French oak barrels, lees contact and malolactic fermentation all contribute to the soft vanilla, toast and buttery notes. 70% made in tank contributes to the fresh traditional chardonnay flavours of peach, nectarine and stone fruits.
