Blackmans Barrel Farm Peach Sour is a refreshing sour beer made with the addition of fresh peaches to give subtle stone fruit notes and balance the sourness. The beer is soured in the kettle and before moving into the fermenter, the desired pH is achieved. When the brewers are satisfied with the flavour profile of the malt, yeast and hops, the number of fresh peaches is determined and added at the start of fermentation, giving the beer a subtle fruit flavour. 4.3% ABV
