Aether and Canyon Brewing throw four hops from both sides of the Tasman into one tank. Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from Garston Hop Farms go head-to-head with HPA’s VIC Secret and HPA4029 to produce a Bright IPA where the hops do all the talking. Expect big Sauvignon Blanc, gooseberry, and fresh pine up front, a pale malt base holding it together, and a clean zesty finish. Crack a tin and join on a trip down the canyon. 6.4% ABV
