Every precious drop is distilled by Brian Taft & hand bottles at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney.

Distilled using Malted Irish Barley that lends an elegant, full body and depth to this single Malt Irish Whiskey.

Aged in single use Kentucky Bourbon casks hand selected by Head Distiller, Brian Taft, to lend an intriguing balance of vanilla and wood spice.

NOSE: A wealth of golden caramel, with wood-filled notes of nut, and roasted toffee.

PALATE: A delicious balance of honey, roasted nuts, and hints of sweet apple, followed by a warmth of spice to excite the palate.

FINISH: An elegant lingering finish that dances between pot-spice and sweetness.
