A dry, tart Berliner Weisse style kettle sour that is lightly hopped for balance. After primary fermentation, fresh flavouring has been added using raspberries, native riberries and rosella flowers to get a beautifully tart and vibrant red syrup, this is steeped with lime, juniper and ginger for added depth and complexity. Secondary fermentation then occurs to ensure the beer finishes refreshingly tart and fruity, with big aromas of the Australian natives used. 6.6% ABV
