Hexenhaus is a Roggenbier. This traditional German style ale is brewed with a base of Vienna malt supported by 3 different varieties of Rye to provide a rich and complex malt profile featuring flavours of dark brown bread, light toffee and black pepper. This is supported by Hallertau Tradition hops to provide a grassy hop character and supporting bitterness. The result is a smooth and drinkable rye ale which abounds with chewy malt character and subtle spice. 5.4% ABV
