Forest Rabbit is inspired by Boskeun, an Easter seasonal beer released annually by Belgium’s De Dolle Brouwers for the last 40 years. A big amber coloured beer featuring malty-sweet, light honey and nutty notes along with spicy notes from the Belgian yeast. The perfect pairing with hot cross buns.
This beer is can-conditioned, naturally carbonated via a refermentation in the can. This is the traditional method used for Belgian-style beers and allows the beer to further develop during extended cellaring. 10.5% ABV
