We just love saying "Schöfferhofer" so it was a bonus that we loved the taste of this beer as well. Balance is the key here, not too sweet and the subtle hop bitterness is exactly the right call. It's classically familiar to wheat beer fans while subtle enough to intrigue others to it. Schöfferhofer is like listening to your favourite song but at a sensible volume.
The flavour experience involves a fresh and fruity-spicy style while slightly tart. Also a visual delight appearing as a glowing amber in the glass. 5% ABV
