Built for distance and depth, Fixie is an Aussie Export Stout that rolls in smooth and finishes strong. Pouring a deep, dark brown with a reddish-black hue, it delivers a bold and layered aroma—rich dark chocolate cake, dried raisins, port wine warmth, charred rum barrels, and a touch of herbaceous complexity. 10.4% ABV
On the palate, it’s full-bodied and indulgent, yet perfectly composed. Flavours of dark chocolate, plum pudding, toasted rye, and forest floor earthiness are lifted by oak and red wine tannins. The finish is smooth and clean, with just a hint of chocolate returning like a good story told twice.
