Left-Handed Scissors is a modern west coast style Double IPA that we’ve hopped with a banging lineup of Superdelic, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe Cryo. So clear you could read a book through it, with a nice spritzy carbonation and dense foam on top. Aromas of candied citrus, lemon sherbert, pineapple, grapefruit, pine and a touch of resin jump right out of the glass. The palate is a mouth-coating bomb of citrus sweetness and some juicy honeydew melon.  A balanced late hit of grapefruit pithy, bitterness finishes things off, as any good westy should. The ultimate beer to kick start your night, or the perfect palate cleanser during or after a meal. Just like a pair of left handed scissors, this beer will cut through anything. 6.2 % ABV
