This premium wine is a tribute to Johann Gottfried, his sons and grandsons who ran the Willows hospital for more than 100 years.
Small parcels of fruit are carefully selected from their oldest Shiraz vineyard, known as "Bonesetter's Block".
The wine receives extended maturation in the best French oak barrels adding a dusty elegance to the typically rich flavours of Barossa Shiraz.
