High fermentation beer produced with a recipe from the Community of the Trappist Monks of the Tre Fontane.
Intense gold colored beer with an incisive and moderately fruity flavor with eucalyptus that tightens the fruity notes bringing them to itself. The sweetness is balanced by a good bitterness deriving from hops and high carbonation gives a dry finish on the palate. The sweetish aftertaste is steered by the spice which with its balsamic dowry cleans and refreshes the flavor; although the impression of lightness, the body is medium. The high alcohol content adds a feeling of refined warmth from the balsamic tones of the eucalyptus. 8.5% ABV
