Made in Brussels, Lambic style beer is made by spontaneous fermentation. This means at the point when the yeast, bacteria and liquid combine the fermentation process is left to naturally unfold and capture any and all organisms that may be in the atmosphere. The result is a very complex (many flavours and textures) semi wine like sour beer. This Belgian Lambic the Tilquin Gueuze is made with a combination of one, two and three year old Lambics. This unique method produces a wonderfully intense array of flavours. A lovely sour, dry style of beer with a full mouth feel and cleansing finish. Perfect for the warmer weather and an excellent palate cleansing drink with food.
