The dress is an accentuated ruby brown. The foam is generous and persistent. Its nose is typical: it reflects the great diversity of ingredients necessary for its manufacture. The fruity notes resulting from its fermentation blend harmoniously with the dominant liquorice and caramel. The body is structured by a sustained malty appearance. Bitterness is the product of a complex alchemy between fine hops and special malts. These bring a typical note very dark chocolate. The whole is distinguished by a palette of sensations revealing a beer with an intense taste and powerful aroma.
