The specialty of this Saison is the dry hopping*. This year, a Slovenian variety « Styrian Wolf » has been used which produces the more intensive hop aromas and touches of fruit (in particular passion fruit and pine resin).
It became a coppery blond beer, dry and thirst-quenching with a bitterness and soft bitter aftertaste. The selection of yeasts creates the aromas and bitter taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which can go on for a long time in your cellar, results in a complex and very aromatic beer. 6.5% ABV
