Hopinator T2023 features a deliciously chewy malt character from premium Vienna and Crystal malts. The hop profile blends the dank and resinous with light and citrus. Properly bitter, like an old school IPA should be, they add lashings of classic US 'C' hops in the whirlpool, to build a profile of candied orange, pithy grapefruit, sweet pineapple, pine and chewy toffee. The finish is dry, bitter and, as they say in the classics, dangerously moreish. 7.5% ABV
