We allow a small amount of skin contact to encourage some colour but more importantly some texture. Pronounced flavours of strawberry and white peach dominate a round palate. The richness of the palate is balanced by fresh acidity and subtle notes of jasmine on the finish, producing a refreshing and moreish wine.
